By using SwapMyRig.com, you agree to these terms:
1. Platform Purpose: SwapMyRig is a community marketplace for buying, selling, and trading PC hardware. We provide the infrastructure to connect users. SwapMyRig is not a party to any transaction and does not own, inspect, or verify the condition of any items listed.
2. User Obligations: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, including “Condition” and “Overclocked Status.” Buyers are responsible for inspecting hardware upon receipt.
3. Prohibited Conduct: Listing stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented hardware is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability: SwapMyRig is not liable for damages, hardware failure, or disputes resulting from individual transactions. All trades are conducted at the users’ own risk.
